Review Terms and Guidelines
Before starting your order, review the Terms and Guidelines for ECBACC 2025 exhibit tables and program guide advertisements. This document outlines registration requirements, payment details, cancellation policies, and display regulations. Ensuring compliance with these guidelines will help streamline your participation.
Reserve an Exhibit Table and/or Purchase a Program Guide Ad
After reviewing the guidelines, complete your file transfer and payment processing before using the Online Registration Form to reserve your exhibit table and/or purchase a program guide ad. The registration form includes confirmation questions to ensure these steps have been completed. Table registration at the early rate and ad purchase are available until Monday, March 31, 2025. Afterwards, only wait list registration is available for tables.
Complete Your Order
Once your table registration and/or ad purchase is submitted, you will receive an email once your registration form, payment, and content have been reviewed. Tables are assigned in order of confirmation. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their materials meet the required specifications and content guidelines.
